Kevin Khojasteh
Hi, I’m Kevin. I come from a family with a rich history in real estate. My grandfather was an architect and real estate developer in Tokyo, where he would draw designs for homes and office buildings only by hand. Even after architectural software was introduced during his career, he never stopped designing by hand, and he was often known in his community for “beating the computer” with his great attention to detail. My father is a real estate developer. I often remember sitting in town hall meetings as he presented projects for approval or being in countless meetings with general contractors, building architects, landscape architects, designers, civil engineers, site planners, environmentalists, attorneys, and title reps—the list goes on. My sister works in Stanford’s Real Estate department in the Bay Area. As my whole life has been centered around real estate, I knew I wanted to pave my path in the industry.
I graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with degrees in economics and communication. I was on the Division 1 men’s swim team, where I was an NCAA All-Academic team member, PAC-12 Conference champion, and Olympic Trials & World Championship Trials participant. Following graduation, I co-founded my first company, TalkShop, and worked with startups to help raise capital and assist with design and operations. Soon enough, I decided to follow in the real estate footsteps of my father and grandfather and started to flip homes in both Los Angeles and Hawaii.

Developing real estate is fantastic, but for some reason, I wasn’t fulfilled; it just wasn’t enough. I have an obsession with architecture, design, and aesthetics, but my real passion has always been people and connection. I knew I was destined to be a real estate agent. With my diverse exposure to real estate from an early age and my entrepreneurial spirit, I aim to ignite a shift in the industry. I strive to be different yet authentic and bring a fresh perspective to how homes are sold. As the Los Angeles market is intense and often unforgiving, I vow to create a positive and stress-free experience for my clients. I am a perfectionist with a love for problem-solving. I strive for excellence while valuing kindness, enthusiasm, and strong communication to provide full satisfaction to my buyers and sellers.
I have made more variations of paella than exist on the internet. I absolutely love fitness and wellness—I am a huge advocate for sea moss, rosemary, saunas, and cold plunging. If I could have a superpower, I would love to run like Dash from the Incredibles. I really enjoy spearfishing and lobster diving, even though diving at night sometimes makes me nauseous from vertigo. The best concert I ever went to was The Blaze at the Wiltern. My secret talent is that I can always pick an amazing watermelon. I backpacked through eight countries in Southeast Asia and took a cross-country road trip on my motorcycle through Vietnam. Avatar 2 was the best movie theater experience I had. The Outsiders and Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance are my favorite books. I think Pine and Crane is the best restaurant in Los Angeles. Beach volleyball is the most fun sport to play. Pickleball is a close second. I find that the simplest moments are the most beautiful.
