Hi, I’m Kevin. I come from a family with a rich history in real estate. My grandfather was an architect and real estate developer in Tokyo, where he would draw designs for all types of buildings entirely by hand. Even after architectural software was introduced during his career, he never stopped designing by hand and was often known for "beating the computer" with his great attention to detail. My father is a real estate developer. I often remember visiting town hall to watch him present projects for approval or attending countless meetings with general contractors, building architects, landscape architects, designers, civil engineers, site planners, environmentalists, attorneys, and title reps—the list goes on. My sister has also built a successful career in Stanford’s Real Estate Department in the Bay Area. My entire life has been centered around real estate, and I knew I wanted to pave my own path in the industry.
I graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2016 with degrees in economics and communications, and I was a student-athlete on the Division 1 men’s swim team. Following graduation, I co-founded my first company, TalkShop, then worked with various startups to help raise capital and assist with design and operations. Soon after, I decided to follow in the real estate footsteps of my father and grandfather, beginning to flip homes in both Los Angeles and Hawaii.
Developing real estate was fantastic, but I wasn’t fulfilled. My true passion has always been connecting with people. Deep down, I knew I was destined to become a real estate agent. With my entrepreneurial spirit and early exposure to real estate, I aim to ignite a new brand in the industry. I strive to be authentic, bringing a fresh perspective to how homes should be presented. Given the intensity and unforgiving nature of the Los Angeles market, I am committed to creating a positive, less stressful experience for my clients. For better or worse, I’m a perfectionist with a passion for problem-solving. I strive for excellence while valuing kindness and communication to ensure the satisfaction of everyone I work with.
I’ve made more variations of paella than probably exist on the internet. I absolutely love fitness and wellness—I’m a huge advocate for gut health, bone broth, sea moss, rosemary, turmeric, dry saunas, and cold plunging. My mom is from Japan, my dad is from Iran, and I grew up in the Bay Area. Growing up, my home was filled with Persian music, Japanese culture, and the American spirit. If I could have a superpower, I’d love to run like Dash from The Incredibles. I really enjoy spearfishing and lobster diving, even though diving for long periods at night gives me vertigo. The best concert I’ve been to was The Blaze at The Wiltern. I can always pick the perfect watermelon. I backpacked through eight countries in Southeast Asia and took a cross-country road trip on my motorcycle through all of Vietnam. Avatar 2 was the best movie theater experience I’ve had. The Outsiders, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, and Inner Engineering: A Yogi's Guide to Joy are my favorite books. I watch Action Bronson’s Fuck, That’s Delicious on repeat in my free time. I think Pine and Crane is the best restaurant in Los Angeles, with Hatchet Hall a close second. Beach volleyball is the best sport to play, with pickleball a close second.
I find that simple is the most beautiful.
I’ve always been curious and particularly fascinated by the various dimensions of people’s personalities. Years ago, I ventured into real estate in Los Angeles to connect with a diverse range of individuals and build my own unique community. For me, real estate has always been more than just a career—it’s a way to fully embrace the life I’ve chosen. One thing has always stood out to me: every person and every home has a story to share.
I admire the poetry in real estate. Each transaction is entirely unique—a balance of strategy and marketing, combined with the need to understand and manage the personalities of all parties involved. I quickly learned that nothing is as intimate as connecting with individuals, couples, and families regarding their real estate needs. I see so much beauty in the people I work with, and what stands out most are the lessons they’ve taught me. Through these connections, I’ve come to understand that our growth is often shaped by the qualities we admire in others. In the process, I feel incredibly fortunate to learn so much more about myself.
Real estate is a cutthroat and fast-paced industry, and agents often forget that we are ultimately in the people business. My vision for my business centers on reintroducing a human approach by highlighting the stories and relationships behind every home. I strive to provide value without pursuing business for its own sake, focusing instead on the unique narratives of the people and homes I encounter. Through a brand that celebrates both the aesthetic and emotional energy a home can provide, I aim to showcase the true beauty of the industry and what matters most to me. Real estate is more than just transactions—it’s about connecting with the fascinating characters of Los Angeles and building new friendships through meaningful experiences. I am passionate about selling homes, not houses.
The diversity reflected in both the architecture and people of Los Angeles defines the city’s culture. I am excited to continue connecting with and celebrating the unique personalities and stories that shape the city’s vibrant tapestry. I fell in love with Los Angeles when I moved here 13 years ago. This is my letter to the city and the community I proudly call home.
